From time to time, we need to update the Team Westover rosters, here’s a quick how to…WHO SHOULD BE ON THE ROSTER

Team Westover is made up of those who serve at Westover in the following capacities:
  • Elders
  • Deacons
  • Staff
  • Ministry Leaders who are leading a ministry for a minimum of 1 year
  • Small group leaders who are leading a small group for a minimum of 1 year
  • Sunday morning (LifeCommunity and Westover Kids ) leaders who are serving for a minimum of 1 year
  • Influencers: those who are not currently serving, but who have been in leadership positions in the past and are influential in one or communities within Westover.


  1. Open People Suite
  2. Under Groups, choose View/Edit Activity Groups
    1. Master Group: Church Leadership
    2. Activity Group: Team Westover
  3. Click on “Position” to sort by ministry area
  4. Select individuals in your ministry area who are no longer serving in a Team Westover Capacity (use ctrl+shift to select more than one name at a time)
  5. Choose “Drop” at the bottom of this list to drop all individuals selected
  6. Click “Add” at the bottom of the window to add individuals to the list
    1. Select the Roster: Team Westover
    2. Position: Ministry someone is being added under
    3. Ministry: Leave blank
    4. Click Select People
    5. Search for the names of those you’re adding [You can add multiple individuals at once but be sure to do so by ministry area (add all Children’s individuals in one step then go back and repeat to add all deacons in another step)]
    6. Select the individual’s name then use the right arrow to move them to the add list on the right.
    7. Click OK
