When creating an event in Facility Scheduler, it’s important to use the proper name format.  It may seem cumbersome to you, but it makes a huge impact to the user trying to find the event they’re looking for as well as helping us research old information in event reports and such.

The proper way to name an event is:

Ministry Name: Activity/Event Name  Season

For example:

Care & Support: DivorceCare Fall 2016

It’s also important to use ministry names (not acronyms) that make sense to a visitor.  For example, calling the above mentioned activity C&S: DC Fall 2016 does not help a person who’s new to Westover, new to Care & Support or New to DivorceCare know what they’re registering for.
