Posting attendance is a very important task! When we record attendance, it allows us to know crucial ministry details including:
- Who we are reaching
- How many we are reaching
- How frequently do “regulars” attend
- When do we “lose” people
- Attendance/involvement is a key to measuring spiritual growth (not a stand alone – but generally when someone is struggling, their attendance patterns change)
Therefor, posting attendance is essential to helping us measure our reach and impact as well as to helping us build community. The good news – Posting Attendance is easy to do!

Did you know… when you have an event that costs a significant amount you can easily manage payments for all participants?
Deposits allow us to charge a reasonable amount to hold someone’s spot. The deposit amount should be enough that the person is truly committed to coming, but not so much that it makes it difficult for them to register early. For example, students attending a camp, may be expected to pay a $100 deposit of the $400 balance.
So you’ve got a big retreat coming up. You’re expecting 180 people who will each be paying $225 to attend. That’s a lot of money to track – but ACS makes it easy to manage!
The key is getting everyone to register online!
